This policy describes how Sino-Build Supply Inc. handles personal information on the public website. It applies to visitors who browse marketing pages and submit a project inquiry.
Project inquiry form
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, project name and location, project type, construction divisions or packages to benchmark, project timing, and message. Submission requires your consent to be contacted about the inquiry.
How we use information
Inquiry details are used to review your project, respond to your request, and follow up by email or phone. We do not sell personal information. Marketplace activity, when you sign in, is handled under separate application terms and role-based access controls.
Where information is stored
Inquiry submissions are stored in Sino-Build systems so staff can review and respond. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Do not include confidential contract terms, financial records, or credentials in the free-text message field.
Analytics and cookies
The public website does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts by default. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled later, they will run only after documented consent. Server logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and page requests for security and reliability.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet legal or operational requirements. You may ask us to update or delete inquiry information where applicable law allows.
Your choices
You choose whether to submit the inquiry form. Consent to be contacted is required to submit. You may withdraw consent for future contact by emailing us; that does not affect information already used to respond to your inquiry.
