Public website
Marketing pages explain Sino-Build's sourcing model, process, and track record. They do not host purchasing, quoting, order tracking, or payment. Those functions are available only after sign-in to the marketplace.
Content and figures
Copy is factual and category-dependent where noted. Landed savings of approximately 30% are qualified comparisons after logistics and duties. Track-record figures include an as-of date. Benchmark and representative pricing is not a quote or offer.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and layout are owned by Sino-Build Supply Inc. or used with permission. You may view pages for business evaluation. Do not copy, scrape, or republish content without written permission.
Marketplace access
Links to enter the marketplace require authentication. Supplier, buyer, inspector, and administrator workspaces are governed by application rules, contracts, and operational records—not by this public site alone.
Disclaimer
The website is provided as-is for general information. Sino-Build does not warrant uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Sino-Build is not liable for decisions made solely from public marketing content without a signed agreement or marketplace record.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sino-Build Supply Inc. in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy policy.
